Street Vending
NAGAR’s first legal intervention began in 1998, with CitiSpace (a NAGAR constituent) intervening in the Bombay High Court hawker case and subsequently in the Supreme Court to enforce the 1985 directions on Hawking and Non-Hawking zones. The organisation remains actively engaged with the issue to date.
